We are a leading independent sustainable energy solutions provider, and power producer in India on a mission to create value for all stakeholders through high-performance Renewable Energy assets to displace 230 million tons of global emissions by 2030. We build and operate some of the largest grid-scale renewable power projects in the country, and supply renewable power to government utilities, and independent industrial & commercial customers on long-term fixed price contracts. The prices in many cases are at or below prevailing alternatives for these customers.

We developed India’s first private utility scale solar project in 2009. Since then, Azure Power has grown rapidly to become the leader in developing and operating renewable power plants in India. We have a pan-India portfolio of over 4.3 GW*, with over 3 GW of operational capacity and 1.2 GW of contracted & awarded capacity, which includes 967 MW for which LOA has been received but PPA has not been signed yet. By entering the market first and growing in-line with the broader Indian renewable energy opportunities, we have developed significant operational expertise and regional knowledge, which has allowed us to achieve an unmatched track record of delivering high quality projects.
